1. How long does it take for orders to be processed?

Where possible, we try our best to expedite all orders on the same day if they are received before 3pm. For all orders received after 3pm, they will be processed on the following working day.

1. What are the methods of payment available?

  • credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • direct bank transfer

If you have a local bank account, you can make a direct deposit into the following Baiduri Bank Brunei acount:


  • cash - available only for customers who wish to pick up their orders directly from our store. Where possible, please ensure to bring the exact change. 


1. How are our orders shipped?

All local orders will be shipped via Pos Laju. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order directly from our store. We are located at:

Pick-up times are from Monday to Saturday between 9.30am and 6pm. Please note that we close on Sundays and all major public holidays.
